Wedding cake- in- the- middle- of- the road

Source: www.projectwedding.com

This topic reminds me of a scene on 7de Laan when Felicity was getting married and Hilda had promised to bake her wedding cake. However, knowing Hilda and her absurd ingredients, the cake was a hard rock. With the help of Maria, they made icing and used cake-tins as the “cake sponges” and put icing all over them. The power of improvisation can go a long way
.
If for some odd reason the wedding cake was left in the middle of the road, and there was ample time to improvise, the caterer  or supposed baker can buy those small cakes from a nearby Pick n Pay, a banana loaf for an example. No one else eats the wedding cake except for the bride and groom, and they refrain to slicing it.

It is a big of a deal when there is no wedding cake but why cry over spilt milk and not make any amends to the situation?? Be like Hilda and make something out of the situation even if it means using cake tins as a cover up.

I like the creativity of the piece, and the use of a soapy i.e. 7de Laan as an example in your blog. Minor errors which could be picked up with by better proof reading before posting. Otherwise well done :)
