I was going
through this website called Action Tracker (www.actiontracker.org) through an NGO
called We Are What We Do (www.wearewhatwedo.org).
It is a behavior change company that creates ways for people to do good for one
another. The Action Tracker comprises of 140 small actions. The actions are
categorized and you can pick which one you want to follow. This was interesting
to me as I read the categories. I found somewhat good actions that reminded me
that we are what we do.
We are what we
do by choosing what to do it is a personal choice. If you choose to live a
healthy lifestyle, you will be healthy and minimize your risks of diseases. If
I have confidence and love for myself they will project. An Action Tracker
category that I had followed was “Make Someone’s Day”. It had 29 actions. You
follow the actions and click on “done”.
This concept is
an interesting one and fun to follow. It is not merely about you being told
what to do but it is a direction and guideline to doing good for someone next
to you. Nothing beats feeling good about yourself and others.
