My Big fat BIG dream

My big fat dream is to have a huge party in Camps Bay. I am going to win Powerball. I am going to claim my win in Johannesburg. I want to have Camps Bay closed and secured

The event is by invite only. My djs is going to be Black Coffee, David Guetta, and Dj Fresh and other dj's.The theme of the event is all white. everyone must be dressed in white, from VVIP and VIP.

The decor is going to be Italian style. at the end of Camps Bay there is a crane. my security will be Red Jackets . The menu includes, sushi, prawns, caviar and lots of Vuerve Champagne. No Smirnoff but Skyy Vodka (lol).

When the clock strikess 00:00, I want to take a "trip" around the venue so that everyone can see what I have created.

Encouraging your child to get married

As a parent how do you encourage your child to get married if you are divorced, it must be really hard for a parent to give marriage advice if theirs did not work. It doesn’t mean that as a child you will have the same fate as you parents but it’s going to be hard to believe that it will work if the people you looked up to failed to make it work.

But I guess you will never know until you actually try it at the end of the day we are all different as individuals but at the same time one can’t help but wonder if that would be the right choice.

It’s all up to the individuals involved if they are committed then I don’t see any reason why marriage can’t be a good thing. 

How DO you step from the top of a 100-foot pole?

How DO you step from the top of a 100-foot pole? I would have to say with courage and faith. Those are the two things in my life which I try and install in all the things which I am afraid of. Many people, including myself, can’t admit when they are afraid, because they don’t want to seem weak. But I think that weakness shows that we are human and that with a little help from a friend we can get over our fears.

So take that leap, step off that 100 foot pole and have a little faith not only in yourself, but in others too.

Talent over studies

Most sport women and men that are paid the most are movie actors, and sport stars, so if you do have the talent I would encourage you to follow that than going to school for 4 years and getting paid what you would get in a year, in a month.

Not to say education is not important but let’s face it there is a way of making a good living without having a qualification in your hand. Most people are educated and have qualifications but still struggling to find a job.

Jobs that are available are for people who are already employed and looking for promotions or a better package within the work sector.

Saying I Love You does not fix things

Trying to build a relationship can be so difficult. Using the word i love you for some people is like making an ordinary statement or asking a regular question. The words 'I love you' to some people is meaningless... 

How can you say i love you but then at the first sight of trouble or difference of opinion, your first reaction is wanting to leave? I can't see through this, i can never wrap my mind around it.

How can you say i love you, but then you are the one who always want to start a fight? and during the course of it the only thing that you can say is 'this relationship is going no where, we can't communicate, you don't listen. How do you get the best of someone when all you want to do is to start a fight or you want to leave?  

Do not be afraid

Maybe you were pursuing a dream or goal and things didn’t turn out the way you planned. Joseph had planned to take Mary as his wife, but when he found out she was pregnant, he didn’t know what to think. He was afraid that he might be making a mistake because things didn’t turn out the way he planned. But, God sent a messenger in a dream to reassure Joseph that he was on the right path. Today let me reassure you that God knows right where you are, and He knows how to get you to where you need to be. Even when things don’t go the way you planned, His hand is on you. Do not be afraid, trust that God is working behind the scenes on your behalf and that He will lead you into the life of blessing that He has prepared for you. A PRAYER FOR TODAY Father in heaven, I choose to trust in You. Even when things don’t go the way I planned, I know You are at work in my life. Thank You for Your perfect love which casts out all fear. I love You and surrender every area of my life to You in Jesus’ name. Amen.
