You Cannot chase two rabbits at the same time

This declaration is arguable as sometimes one can focus on two things or tasks at a time as it depends on how disciplined an individual is. Some people have the capacity to handle numerous tasks at a time; we simply have to remember that we are not all the same.
Some people have to be constantly reminded to not take on more than they can handle as they may struggle to cope when they have too many things happening in their lives. These people may end up not excelling in either task as they were not able to manage their time or resources well.
When you know how to manage your time you gain control. Rather than busily working here, there, and everywhere (and not getting much done anywhere), effective time management helps you to choose what to work on and when. This is essential if you're to achieve anything of any real worth.
I believe that each individual knows what they are capable of ; therefore we shouldn’t allude ourselves by thinking that we can chase two rabbits at the same time when we clearly know that we can’t.

Live. Laugh. Love

Take a minute and read this piece from T.D Jakes; powerful!

Learn from past experiences but don't let them put a choke hold on endless possibilities, blessings, people, or true love. My past experiences and love lost have taught me how to manage todays issues. My heart was in debt and If I could get a dollar for every tear you and I have cried I would be a billionaire. Needless to say, me debt is paid off.

However, Like bills problems still occur because life is a big  melting pot and I have the biggest got damn wooden spoon ever to stir with. Some of you know what I'm talking about. You have seen that big ass wooden spoon or fork on the wall at your grandma house or for some kind of decoration. If you haven't then keep the I dunno what you talking about face and keep reading.

Anyway, don't live a what it could be life. Kill your sorrows and birth happiness by loving yourself and having faith.  No, its not easy but thats what makes your happiness even more worth the while. I have been heartbroken by people in the past and recently whether it was love or friendships but I title it bad timings and only hold to what I got and what I can gain.  I love experiences and life because the truth lives in it, no substitutes  I'd choose an ugly truth over a beautiful lie any day  why? because I am beautiful, which just leaves  truth. LOVE YOURSELF and don't judge others by their flaws or beauty, for their is one thing ugly about everyone. Nobody's is perfect. GET IT RIGHT and stay FLY!

nothing is more important than an idea, when you only have one idea

Ideas get implemented, so one crap idea will have nothing to counteract its crapness. I often bounce ideas off friends and come out with a more rounded idea, or end up combining two or three, to finally have one great idea.
No idea happens in a vacuum, something triggers us, whether is be a conversation, a development of another idea, or the incorporation of many to create an uber idea.
In today’s competitive world, people move quickly on ideas to be the first, often creating things that are not complete, or not perfect, our competitive human nature makes us want to be first, and with  one idea, without any contemplation it could cause more harm than good.
Conclusion???? Be sure before you pull the trigger and being sure means getting a second opinion.

Education a loan

For most students especially in the black community education is more of a loan, after completing your diploma or degree you spend the first 2 to 3 years paying back for your studies not only in the form of NFSAS or a bank loan that you had to take out in order to be educated but also by trying to uplift your home.

Imagine coming from a 4 room house and having 7 people live in it, you being the eldest and the only one who has a tertiary qualification.

So what I’m is that not everyone is fortunate enough that when they start working are able to afford a property or car some people have to cover the debts that got then that diploma and build a better home for our parents.

Have you figured out the second hand fake?

I watched his last lecture on YouTube, I was inspired and this is what I learned:

  • You cannot change the cards you are dealt. Just how you play the hand
  • Don't complain. Just work harder.
  • Luck is truly where preparation meets opportunity
  • Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted
  • The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out; the brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. The brick walls are there to stop the people who don't want it badly enough
The end of the lecture, it turned out, was just the beginning.
Did you figure out the head fake? It's not about how to achieve your dreams. It's about how to lead your life. If you lead your life the right way ... the dreams will come to you. Did you figure out the second head fake? The talk's not for you. It's for my kids

Chuckles

Most Interesting Student Excuse EVER

A student arrives two hours late to class. Professor, I'm sorry I'm late. When I opened my front door, there was a big black snake on my front stoop. I had to wait until it slithered away.

Professor: that must have been some SLOW snake. What about the back door?

I

2nd Most Interesting excuse by a student

A girl walks into class barefoot. Professor, I'm sorry I can't attend class today. I forgot my shoes and the secretary won't allow me to stay in class.

Professor--I just so happen to have an extra pair in my car. Let me go get them.

I concede to forgetting lots of things--keys, phone, money, where I live...but I'm pretty sure I would never forget to wear shoes on the way to work. Not to mention it is ILLEGAL to drive barefoot. There's also the skeevefactor. Who knows what you could step on.

Needs and Wants

Most of us really spend our money in things we want but don’t really need, and end up not having what we need in the process. There should be a thin line between what we want and what we need, because we can live without what is luxury to us but not our needs.

So when you spend money think hard and decide whether your spending it on something you need or if it’s just something you. That could be the difference between rich and poor, most wealthy people used their money on needs to be able to buy what they want.
